Healthy-Pet, a pet supplies company, was struggling with poorly organized and non-performing Sponsored Product campaigns on Amazon for its ökocat and Carefresh brands. Their challenges included wasted ad spend, a high advertising cost of sales (ACoS), an inability to scale, and a failure to reach a broader audience. They engaged the vendor Nectar to address these issues.

Nectar's solution was to completely reorganize the PPC campaigns, separating branded and unbranded terms and using internal software for extensive keyword and product targeting research. This customer-centric approach allowed the brands to reach a wider audience. The results were dramatic, with ROAS increasing by 112% for ökocat within two weeks and by 146% for Carefresh within four weeks, all while decreasing ACoS by 59.2%.
