Quality Inn & Suites Seattle Center was experiencing falling guest satisfaction due to unreliable complimentary WiFi—frequent dropped connections, slow landing pages, dead spots and inadequate guest support. To address this, they turned to Thinix and adopted a Thinix WiFi Network with Thinix GuestFirst™ Support (and FamilySafe™ filtering) to bring their property up to brand-standard wireless performance.

Thinix conducted a property assessment and deployed a cost‑effective TCO WiFi update — installing a new gateway, a managed network switch and 47 in‑room access points (plus GuestFirst support and FamilySafe filtering).
