theturnlab, a startup incubator, worked with its own incubated company, Just Meeting Rooms, to address a collaboration deficit caused by the rise of remote work. theturnlab's solution was to create and launch the Just Meeting Rooms brand and a custom-built Airbnb-style online marketplace for booking professional meeting rooms. This solution, implemented by theturnlab's in-house teams, resulted in phenomenal growth, averaging 20% compounded growth month over month since its March 2023 launch. By Winter 2025, the platform had scaled to over 2000 rooms in over 100 markets across Canada, the US, and the UK.
