WuXi Biologics, a world-leading biologics research and development organization, sought to modernize its New Jersey facility by integrating its Water for Injection (WFI) and Environmental Monitoring System (EMS). Thermo Systems was selected as the control system integration partner to design and implement an automated solution for this challenge.

Thermo Systems provided a comprehensive solution, delivering detailed design, panel production, programming, and installation. The implementation used Allen Bradley PLCs and an Ignition SCADA system for control and visualization. By collaborating closely with WuXi's team, Thermo Systems proactively identified and resolved issues, ensuring all operational specifications were met and exceeded, which successfully supported the client's validation efforts.
