Frankston Toyota, Australia’s largest Toyota used car dealership, needed to modernize a highly manual, paper-based document process that was slowing operations, creating privacy and legal risks, and leaving customer information scattered across departments. Therefore Corporation implemented Canon’s Information Management Solution, including Therefore and Canon multifunction devices, to digitize filing, archiving, deal packs, and service records. The result was a more streamlined workflow with easier document search, securely stored records with restricted access, reduced fraud risk, and faster invoicing processing; Frankston Toyota is now moving toward a fully digital test drive process and a paperless dealership environment.
