The result was faster invoice handling, online access for staff at both local sites and headquarters, and easier retrieval of audit documents. DSR Hotel Holding now processes around 60,000 documents a year, receives 80% of invoices electronically, has reduced physical archive needs, and has eliminated workflow disruptions from holidays or illness.
