Coface in Austria, part of global credit insurer Coface, was struggling with a manual, paper-based incoming invoice process that was becoming inefficient as document volumes grew. The company needed a secure digital archive for invoices, contracts, and other documents, along with a workflow solution to improve invoice approval and traceability. Therefore Corporation’s Therefore™ content management system was selected to meet these needs.

Therefore Corporation implemented Therefore™ with full-text search, workflow, web access, and integrations for email and financial systems, allowing Coface in Austria to digitize invoices, store contracts securely, and automate document classification and approvals. Around 90 employees now use the system, and the company reports significantly improved efficiency and productivity, with faster document retrieval and more transparent processes.
