CIGES, an IT partner for communities in the canton of Valais, Switzerland, needed to replace multiple paper archives with a centralized digital process that would improve data security, reduce physical storage needs, and make documents easier to find and share. Working with Therefore Corporation, they looked for a solution that could integrate seamlessly with OFISA Informatique and office applications without disrupting users’ daily work.

Therefore Corporation implemented Therefore™ as a digital archive and document management system, integrated with OFISA Informatique and other applications. The solution digitized incoming and existing documents, improved access and collaboration, and strengthened security while saving space and reducing paper. Since its launch in 2006, the system has grown to more than 100 named user licenses, and CIGES reports faster access to information, more efficient work processes, and significant space savings.
