3×34 Transport AMBA, a Danish transportation company serving private and public clients nationwide, needed a better way to handle the large volume of paperwork generated by its operations. The company was processing around 7,000 paper delivery notes each month, and its previous external scanning and indexing process was slow, error-prone, and costly. Therefore Corporation provided the document management solution, including Therefore™ Business Edition with Capture Client licenses.

Using Therefore Corporation’s solution, 3×34 scanned delivery notes in-house, used barcode-based automatic indexing to reduce errors, and exported data into its ERP system through the Therefore™ API and a custom integration. The result was faster access to delivery information, more efficient internal workflows, and improved customer service. 3×34 also enabled selected large customers to check order status directly through Therefore™ Web Access, keeping access secure while reducing support requests.
