How Thentia revamped the College of Chiropractors’ licensing renewal process and reporting capabilities

The College of Chiropractors of Ontario, the regulator for more than 5,000 licensees, needed to replace a slow, paper-based renewal process and improve reporting while meeting strict regulatory requirements. In 2017, it turned to Thentia and Thentia Cloud to support a modern, secure licensing platform that could reduce manual work, offer self-service to members, and handle complex compliance needs.

Thentia implemented Thentia Cloud to automate renewals, streamline payments and notifications, and enable faster customized reporting to government databases. The results included on-time deployment, a 99% reduction in paper-based renewals, far less manual processing, and much easier data extraction and reporting, allowing staff to focus on higher-value work.
