The Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC) needed to replace its legacy licensing system quickly when its contract was ending, while also modernizing a paper-heavy, manual process for issuing and renewing licenses. With about 22,000 licensees and a tight four-month deadline, OREC turned to Thentia and its Thentia Cloud platform to meet its regulatory licensing needs.
Thentia migrated OREC’s data and launched Thentia Cloud in four months, delivering automated licensing, renewal, notice, and reporting capabilities. The results included 97% of applications coming through the platform, 90% of renewals completed online, 50,000 automated notices sent, $25,000 in annual direct mail savings, a 60% reduction in incomplete applications, and an 81% decrease in manual processing time.
