theEMPLOYEEapp implemented the Team ELLWOOD app to share employee stories, CEO videos, training reminders, safety updates and two‑way feedback, plus built‑in analytics to measure reach. Within six months ELLWOOD reached 63% adoption (with two business units still to roll out), saw 60% weekly and 87% monthly active use, and recorded 800 views of a CEO video in the first week — improving message speed, visibility and culture engagement across the company.
