GoDurham ACCESS, the paratransit service for the City and County of Durham, faced a challenge as information for its four distinct transportation services was confined to a single webpage, causing confusion for riders and caregivers. TheeDigital was engaged to create a custom ADA-compliant website to clearly differentiate the services and their unique eligibility requirements.

TheeDigital designed and built a custom WordPress website on a dedicated domain, featuring a logical eligibility form to guide users and full English-Spanish translation. The solution provided clarity for the community, reduced confusion, and lessened the administrative burden on staff by directing riders to the correct service before they call.
