thedatabank partnered with the Construction Careers Pathways Alliance (CCP), a statewide initiative to expand construction career access for economically disadvantaged and historically underrepresented Minnesotans. CCP needed a way to collect reliable, longitudinal data across many stakeholders (schools, unions, nonprofits, government), meet DEED reporting requirements, protect student privacy, and run targeted communications to drive participation and placements.

thedatabank delivered a customized CRM and tracking platform that lets partners input activity-level data, follows participants from initial exposure through training to employment with privacy-preserving identifiers, and produces roll-up reports for internal use and DEED. Integrated multi-channel communications (email, SMS, social, web) and response tracking improved outreach. Now in its fourth year, CCP has seen significant growth in student engagement and increased participation from targeted populations, positioning the program to boost construction coursework, internships, and entry-level hires.
