Google needed a quality assurance program for its global product and marketing translations, with exceptional linguistic quality and much faster turnaround times. To support the launch of products and services worldwide, Google turned to thebigword for help managing translation review across its multilingual content.

thebigword implemented a live arbitration model for over 20 Google products in 44 languages, creating continuous communication between translators and reviewers and managing Google’s translation quality across four vendors.
