Preview of the Dentsu Case Study

Dentsu unifies global teams after interviewing 200+ employees with The UX Agency

The UX Agency was engaged by Dentsu, one of the world's largest global marketing and advertising agency networks, to address a challenge in unifying its disparate teams and winning new business. The client needed a suite of adaptable products and processes to improve efficiency across its 143 markets, but sought to avoid designs based on assumptions by ensuring solutions were grounded in comprehensive user research.

The UX Agency implemented a remote, research-driven solution using UX research, design, and strategy. They conducted discovery research by interviewing over 200 employees and facilitated collaboration between in-house and external teams in remote workspaces. As a result, The UX Agency delivered a series of problem-solving products that helped Dentsu win new business and embedded a test-and-learn culture within their team, alongside a well-organized research repository for future use.
