A The Talent Games Case Study

Preview of the Novartis Case Study

Novartis - Customer Case Study

Novartis, the Swiss multinational pharmaceutical company, needed a better way to attract and assess top talent for its high-volume hiring needs, including around 8,000 openings a year. To support its Management Trainee Program, Novartis turned to The Talent Games and its gamified recruitment platform, C-Factor, to help reach a broader and more diverse candidate pool while keeping recruitment efficient.

The Talent Games implemented C-Factor for Novartis Pakistan using social media, artificial intelligence, proprietary algorithms, advanced analytics, and game-based assessments such as situational judgment tests, neuroscience-based games, and aptitude tests. The campaign drew 8,388 applications, with 7,091 candidates playing the game, while also strengthening employer branding and saving recruiters time; Novartis said the gamified approach helped it reach a much larger talent pool and deliver significant time savings.
