HBL, Pakistan’s largest private bank, needed a pandemic-proof way to continue hiring for its Management Trainee Program during COVID-19 while keeping the process fast, cost-effective, and candidate-friendly. To adapt its recruitment to remote work and social distancing, HBL partnered with The Talent Games and its virtual assessment center solution.

The Talent Games designed a bespoke Virtual Assessment Center for HBL’s League program in just three weeks, using video interviews and virtual group discussions to evaluate candidates remotely. The process helped HBL interview 290 candidates online, move 200 into group discussions, advance 60 to panel interviews, and select 20 candidates for the 2020 batch, while also improving candidate experience and reinforcing HBL’s employer brand.
