Mann+Hummel supports 4,500 employees in US HR rollout with The Silicon Partners

The Silicon Partners supported Mann+Hummel, a global filtration technology company, in its challenge to replace its disparate core HR systems, including PeopleSoft and SAP ERP HCM, across its United States and EMEA operations. The goal was to consolidate these systems onto a unified SAP SuccessFactors platform to streamline its HR processes.

The Silicon Partners provided support for the implementation, beginning with a successful initial go-live for 4,500 US employees in January 2020. The solution included deploying SAP SuccessFactors modules for Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, with plans to extend the rollout to an additional 21,000 employees and integrate WorkForce Software for remaining US staff. As a result, TSP has remained Mann+Hummel's ongoing support partner since the project's inception.
