TriNet, a professional employer organization with a national footprint, needed a better way to manage time-sensitive, client-specific benefit communications for more than 18,000 employers and 340,000 worksite employees. After suspecting they were being overcharged for creative services by another vendor, TriNet turned to The Shamrock Companies for end-to-end benefit communications print services, including brand messaging, design, and production and delivery of enrollment materials.

The Shamrock Companies created a quarterly benefit communications toolkit and handled the full rollout process, from creative development and approvals to print, fulfillment, and digital assets for multiple audiences. The solution included branded emails, postcards, posters, self-mailers, eGuides, and signage, plus Spanish and French-Canadian versioning as needed, giving TriNet one point of contact, lower print and distribution costs through economies of scale, and fewer errors, delays, and headaches.
