Benesch, an AmLaw 200 business law firm, needed a meaningful way to appreciate employees during the pandemic when the team could not gather for the holidays. The Shamrock Companies, which already supported Benesch with print services and an e-store program, was asked to create a holiday employee appreciation experience that would reflect the firm’s culture and reach staff across the country.

The Shamrock Companies built a “B celebrated” campaign with eight themed gift kits, custom packaging, branded products, a personalized card with a QR code to a thank-you video from Benesch’s HR director, and home delivery through Benesch’s existing e-store portal. The program delighted employees and was managed end to end for 500 employees, while also helping Benesch extend the same platform to client gifts, new hire kits, and a faster employee appreciation day campaign launched in just one week.
