Ashland University partnered with The Shamrock Companies to promote its re-launched accelerated Summer Institute for teachers and educators. The challenge was to quickly build awareness and drive enrollment for a new, complex higher-ed program with multiple degree tracks, support services, campuses, and a hybrid offering, all while the program details were still being finalized.
The Shamrock Companies managed the development, design, production, and mailing of a full marketing campaign, including brochures, trifolds, posters, schedules, landing pages, and multi-touch email drip campaigns targeted to more than 23,000 teachers and administrators. Working in less than 60 days, Shamrock delivered 35 content pieces and 163,912 touches, helping the Summer Institute account for nearly 55% of total College of Education summer enrollment and exceed the previous year’s credit-hour results.
