The MacLaren Group was engaged by McDonald's Canada to support the urgent launch of a new Point of Sale (POS) system across the country. The significant challenge was to mobilize and prepare 44 trainers in just two weeks, requiring deep immersion in both the new technology and the company's specific business processes and culture.

The solution provided by The MacLaren Group involved delivering three days of on-site support for each restaurant location, which covered database setup, comprehensive training, and Go-Live day assistance. This approach successfully resulted in the new POS system being rolled out to 1,300 restaurants. A notable achievement was the provision of bilingual training at 400 locations in Quebec, ensuring a seamless nationwide deployment.
