Cricket Health, a specialty kidney care provider focused on early intervention for kidney disease, needed to quickly build out its hiring capabilities during a period of rapid growth after a $24 million Series A round. To support expansion across clinical and business functions, Cricket Health turned to The Bowdoin Group for executive search and recruitment process outsourcing services.

The Bowdoin Group helped Cricket Health develop a rapid hiring strategy, implement recruitment and HR processes, and manage end-to-end hiring operations, including job descriptions, postings, interviewing, candidate communications, scheduling, and back-office support. As a result, Cricket Health filled 15 roles, including Chief Product Officer and Head of Clinical Operations, while also establishing strategic partnerships with clinical hiring agencies to support on-demand staffing.
