The University of Galway's International Office sought an authentic way to connect with and provide crucial information to its overseas applicants, who found it difficult to get a genuine sense of the university. To address this, they turned to The Ambassador Platform.

Using The Ambassador Platform's Streams feature, the university hosted a series of online events that facilitated meaningful connections between prospects, student ambassadors, and staff. This solution delivered significant results, with 539 prospects from 86 countries attending 17 Live Streams. The impact was clear, as over half of the attendees registered for more than one event, fostering a strong sense of community and supporting students before their arrival.
