The Sutton Trust, an organization focused on widening participation in higher education, faced a significant challenge when the COVID-19 pandemic forced its flagship in-person summer schools to move entirely online. They needed a way to maintain their peer-to-peer support and deliver their programming digitally. The Ambassador Platform implemented a Group TAP Feed, integrating it with the Trust's single sign-on system and training over 800 ambassadors. This solution facilitated authentic conversations and provided a safe, moderated space for students. The results were substantial: the platform supported over 300 programs, facilitated 14,500 messages in 1,300 conversations, and published over 3,600 posts. The move online ultimately allowed The Sutton Trust to double the number of students it supported, with feedback praising the program's interactivity and success.
