DIG is a 27-location restaurant group that struggled to get a seamless loyalty experience from its bespoke app while using the LevelUp program. Cumbersome sign-up flows, multiple logins across channels, unreliable in-store QR enrollment, and limited marketing segmentation created customer friction, low adoption, and poor data capture.

Thanx integrated via open APIs and a proprietary credit-card integration to keep DIG’s custom app and POS intact while consolidating user identities, streamlining sign-ups, and enabling advanced segmentation and omni-channel campaigns.
