Project Juice, a nine-location juice bar, was growing quickly but stuck with a paper punch-card loyalty program that customers and staff found cumbersome and which produced no useful customer data. Management wanted a digital loyalty solution that would capture customer data, identify VIPs, and enable personalized marketing to drive repeat visits and higher spend.
They switched to Thanx’s digital loyalty and VIP platform with sign-up incentives and targeted rewards; within seven months many customers joined and Thanx confirmed the top 10% of spenders drove 52% of sales. Results included a 54% higher average check for enrolled customers, a 150% increase in spend when patrons redeemed rewards, and VIP-focused personalization that raised VIP spend (about a 17% lift), enabling targeted campaigns and sharing of best practices across stores.
