A Thanx Case Study
Jacksons Car Wash, a family-operated car spa with 11 locations in Arizona, wanted to convert loyal pay-as-you-go customers into recurring unlimited-membership holders to build predictable revenue and increase customer lifetime value. Their challenge was using customer data to identify and reach the customers most likely to upgrade without wasting offers on low-propensity buyers.
Using Thanx Unlimited Campaigns, Jacksons segmented customers by spend and membership history and ran two targeted offers: an "Upgrade to Unlimited" campaign for customers nearing the unlimited price threshold and an "Unlimited Saver" campaign for those already spending more than an unlimited plan would cost. The targeted approach produced a 400% increase in revenue and a 27% conversion rate among offer recipients.
