Pacific Catch is a West Coast Fish House with eight Bay Area locations focused on sustainable seafood. The team lacked clear customer data and a scalable way to identify and re-engage guests who were lapsing, but didn’t have the marketing resources to manually segment and reach out to every at-risk customer.
