Amergent Hospitality Group, owner and operator of several burger concepts across 35 locations, faced steep sales declines during the COVID-19 pandemic and needed to modernize digital ordering while capturing guest data to protect margins and customer relationships from third-party channels.
They implemented Thanx’s CRM-integrated ordering and frictionless loyalty enrollment, capturing 100% of guest data and enabling targeted promotions. Results included 25,000 new loyalty sign-ups at Little Big Burger (a 7.5x increase) and a 12.1% uplift in same-store sales over 20 weeks; Burgers Grilled Right saw a 5x increase in sign-ups and about a 9.0% SSS gain, driving stronger direct sales and long-term customer engagement.
