Amergent Hospitality Group, owner and operator of several burger concepts across 35 locations, faced steep sales declines during the COVID-19 pandemic and needed to modernize digital ordering while capturing guest data to protect margins and customer relationships from third-party channels.

They implemented Thanx’s CRM-integrated ordering and frictionless loyalty enrollment, capturing 100% of guest data and enabling targeted promotions.
