EVO Entertainment Group, a Texas-based entertainment brand with cinemas, restaurants, bars, and entertainment centers, needed a better way to capture guest feedback and respond in real time to strengthen customer engagement. They partnered with Thanx to help them collect and act on customer feedback and NPS data across their growing multi-location business.

Using Thanx’s out-of-the-box feedback and NPS tools, EVO made reviewing guest feedback part of each general manager’s daily routine and responded personally to customers in real time. This led to strong measurable results, including a 95.4% response rate, 87% written feedback response rate, and 63.7% return rate; in one case, Thanx helped turn a low-scoring guest into one of EVO’s best customers, visiting 1175% more frequently than average.
