Thales implemented Thales Sentinel across DALION: TREND and DALION: Store Management with limited-user and limited-time licenses, integrated directly into SoftBalance’s ERP and a customer web portal; the two-stage rollout took ten months. As a result, Thales Sentinel enabled SoftBalance to offer subscription sales, streamline license issuance and online purchases, save time and development resources, improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, and open new revenue streams.
