Neuberger, a German building automation manufacturer and system integrator, faced access security challenges around protecting multi‑cloud and hybrid environments and limiting the risk of credential compromise. To address these concerns, Neuberger evaluated and selected Thales’s SafeNet Trusted Access (STA) to secure remote and roaming employee access.

Thales deployed SafeNet Trusted Access to protect access to virtualized environments and VPNs, leveraging automated token provisioning and user‑initiated token enrollment with an easy onboarding experience. As a result, Neuberger modernized its IAM, reduced the risk of breach, and was able to rapidly support remote and hybrid work simply by scaling up user counts after STA was rolled out.
