Horizon Youth Care and Education Enhances Security and Convenience with SafeNet Trusted Access

Horizon Youth Care and Education, which supports troubled youth and their families, needed fast, convenient access to sensitive case and payment data for more than 1,000 mobile staff while also meeting strict privacy and NEN 7510 compliance requirements. To secure remote access without disrupting frontline work, they worked with ICT partner WebLimits to deploy Thales SafeNet Trusted Access (formerly SafeNet Authentication Service).

Thales implemented SafeNet Trusted Access to provide strong, flexible authentication, seamless integration (including Citrix), and self-service token management for users. The solution now supports more than 1,000 employees, reduced ongoing costs and IT administration through automated tasks, lowered help-desk calls, and helped Horizon maintain compliance with NEN 7510 while scaling authentication as new laptops are rolled out.
