Thales deployed its Sentinel Up solution to deliver in‑app notifications, push regular service packs and unobtrusively promote support and maintenance plans directly to end users. By closing the previous communication gap (where ~2/3 of messages were lost), Sentinel Up enabled direct customer engagement, improved customer awareness and product value perception, and protected recurring revenue streams through better promotion of renewals and maintenance.
