Tabor Comprehensive School secures remote access for 450 staff with Thales e-Security

Tabor Comprehensive School, a Roman-Catholic secondary school in the Netherlands, needed to enable its 450 staff members to securely access the school network from home. To make its network accessible over the internet, the school required a strong security solution to protect access. The school partnered with vendor Thales e-Security to address this challenge.

Thales implemented its eToken PASS solution, a user-friendly multi-factor authentication system that generates one-time passwords. This solution provided secure remote access for the school's employees. As a result, Tabor Comprehensive School successfully upgraded its security, enabled remote work for its staff, and made its network accessible online. The Thales solution has been in use since the start of the 2008/2009 school year.
