RewardsNOW, founded in 1997, provides turnkey loyalty programs for financial institutions and later expanded into other verticals. To protect the cardholder data it received from customer feeds and store it in compliance with PCI DSS, the company needed encryption for its FTP server, SQL Server database cluster, and related files without adding unnecessary operational overhead.
