UNLV’s Lee Business School Executive MBA program faced a stalled recruitment cycle with a prospect list stretching back to 2012 and poor re‑engagement from email and phone outreach. To drive prospects to informational sessions and clean up their pipeline, the school piloted the TextUs text‑messaging platform.
