NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) faced declining response rates to emails and phone calls and an underperforming texting platform that left staff unable to keep up with student replies or access meaningful analytics. To solve this, NWACC adopted TextUs business texting to reach students where they’re most responsive.
Using TextUs, NWACC increased student engagement in admissions and orientation, managed hundreds of conversations more efficiently with department-specific numbers and shared inboxes, and created templates to save staff time. TextUs also delivered campaign-level analytics and deliverability insights (e.g., landline, disconnected, flagged) that sped enrollment and orientation completion and enabled multiple departments to adopt the platform.
