MINDBODY Discovers New Method of Communicating with Customers Using TextUs

MindBody, the cloud-based business-management provider for the wellness industry, struggled to reach prospects and clients using phone and email—messages were often intercepted by gatekeepers and response rates were low. To improve outreach in a mobile-first world, MindBody adopted TextUs’s two-way text messaging platform.

TextUs enabled MindBody reps to manage multiple conversations, re-engage hard-to-reach prospects, and streamline onboarding. The change drove measurable gains: one sales sample showed a 54% response rate (391 responses from 720 texts), onboarding reach rose from about 11.5% to 37.8% after adopting TextUs, and overall response rates increased roughly 300%, contributing to higher sales volume and more efficient client communication.
