Email notifications were being missed or read too late, so Momentum turned to Textlocal’s Email to SMS service (plus its Simple Reply Service) to deliver booking alerts directly to instructors’ phones.

Textlocal implemented Email to SMS so appointments can be sent from the office email and replies route back into the inbox via Simple Reply, giving instructors real‑time, two‑way communication while mobile.
