Textlocal implemented SMS as the primary channel—using a Dedicated Inbound Number, API group broadcasting, reply forwarding to a Pertemps URL and delivery reporting for compliance. The change delivered measurable impact: nearly 80% of jobs are now booked via SMS within minutes, handling previously telephone‑managed volumes of up to 50,000 jobs a month has been drastically reduced, a 1,500‑message HGV campaign generated over 900 applications, and the business has seen significant cost savings, instant shift confirmations and improved compliance evidence.
