Centurion Travel Ltd, a private coach charter operator and MOT testing provider in the Bath area, faced a fully manual MOT booking process that led to booking errors, disputes, late arrivals and no system for reminders. To address this, they worked with Textlocal and integrated Textlocal’s API to introduce SMS-based communications for their MOT customers.

Using Textlocal’s API, Centurion Travel Ltd now sends SMS booking confirmations, appointment reminders, "vehicle ready" notices and annual MOT expiry alerts. As a result, the majority of bookings are now driven by SMS prompts, they report zero disputes over incorrect bookings, are consistently fully booked two weeks in advance, and have higher customer satisfaction and faster response rates.
