HT Projects, a cloud-based training and scheduling software provider established in 1995, needed better ways to keep assessors, apprentices and Site Attend scheduling users up to date in real time. As a five-person business serving clients who required timely updates on training progress and shift scheduling, HT Projects engaged Textlocal to provide integrated two-way dynamic SMS notifications and automated messaging for its EPProcess and Site Attend services.

Textlocal implemented two-way SMS alerts that notify apprentices when assessors upload documents and notify assessors when evidence is submitted, plus shift notifications for Site Attend security staff who can accept work by replying. The result was vastly improved communications and higher-quality work, an automated SMS audit trail useful for Ofsted inspections, and overwhelmingly positive feedback from clients — HT Projects has continued working with Textlocal for six years as a result.
