GAME Chorley, the high street and online games retailer, was spending a great deal of time contacting customers by phone — a process staff and customers found time‑consuming, costly and sometimes intrusive. To address this, GAME Chorley partnered with Textlocal and adopted the Textlocal Messenger platform to find a faster, less intrusive way to communicate.
