Roll by Goodyear, a mobile tire installation brand from Goodyear, needed a better way to confirm tire sizes before installation day and keep drivers informed. After relying on calls and emails that produced low response rates, the team looked for a simpler communication tool and chose Textline’s business texting platform.
With Textline, Roll by Goodyear’s MILES team used Shortcuts for tire size confirmation, MMS for photo verification, Announcements for scheduled customer and driver updates, and Whispers for internal communication. The result was a jump in response rate from 44% to about 80%, plus an increase in caught wrong tire-size orders from 1% to 3.5%, helping Roll by Goodyear nearly double its response rate with Textline.
