Able Health, a U.S. home health care agency supporting families with developmental disabilities, needed a faster way to reach its in-home aides because staff rarely check email and competing solutions required users to download an app. They selected Textline and began using features such as Announcements, Schedule messages, Departments, and Tags to deliver timely, targeted communications to field workers and office staff.
Textline enabled branch managers and office coordinators to send mass and targeted texts—reminders about holiday events, weather or office closings, flu-shot notices, software updates, and appointment confirmations—while allowing two-way replies when needed. As a result, 1,000 staff members now receive announcements through Textline, internal communication and staff engagement have improved, and urgent information and confirmations are delivered and answered much more quickly.
