Pharmasimple is a Belgium-based e-commerce retailer (founded 2010) selling 30,000+ health, care, hygiene and beauty products. Its site — originally built by pharmacists — suffered from poor consumer orientation, massive duplicate and thin content, slow load times, deep click paths and an over-reliance on paid search, which left organic traffic and revenue underperforming (only ~10,500 organic visitors/month and ~5% of e‑commerce revenue from organic search).
Working with Textbroker and Reputation VIP, Pharmasimple undertook a full website redesign, restructured categories and semantic clusters, ran large-scale content production (millions of words) with rigorous briefings and CSV-driven publishing, and added technical SEO and link-building. Within 12 months organic performance jumped from 10,500 to over 150,000 monthly visitors, organic traffic overtook paid, and analytics showed strong gains (915K clicks, 26.8M impressions, 34% CTR and a 17.3% average position), delivering sustainable e‑commerce growth.
