TEXT2DRIVE implemented an automated text messaging and communications platform with service appointment reminders, declined service reminders, recall alerts, CSI survey requests, and mobile checkout tools. The results included an average of 1,707 repair orders per dealer per month, $446,159.13 in pay per dealer over three months from appointment reminders, a 16.6% increase in repair order success, 35% higher CSI scores, and a 141% increase in surveys completed.
